If so do you just crumble the cheese into the mushrooms then wrap the ham and put in oven for 10-15mins or do you use any oil? Advise please? Thanks.

Biff,
For goodnesss sakes - use a vast fresh mushroom or three, , stuff them with fruited raisin Wensleydale or similar, bung a bit of garlic on, wrap the whole show in streaky bacon, never mind "parma ham", & grill lightly for 10-15 mins.
Job is a good one.
I may just go & do one tonight.

Bon appetite,
Bob.
