That's it? That's the whole riddle? How could anyone figure out a riddle with that little information? Two ones and a nine add to eleven, but I don't think that's the answer you are looking for.

Sorry I don't think I get it, but my take on it would be:
double 1=2
and nine=+9
(tonight makes eleven) equals 11
So 2 + 9 = 11
I know, I know doesn't really make much of a "riddle".

"Double 1" would be 2.
2 and 9 too would be 2 + 9 which is 11, tonight or any other time.

When I look at it though I get a different NO. but its wrong I guess.

maybe it means, if you double one it makes 2, and 9 plus 2 = 11? don't know for sure though. just an idea
