Do you have a cat carrier? The kind you use to transport the kitty to the vet. If so, put the newcomer in it so it will feel safe and is safe from the big ones. Let the older cats smell around it for awhile and get used to the scent of the newcomer. When they all seem to feel comfortable with one another. Open the door and see if the newcomer will come out on its own. Don't let the big ones trap the newy in it though. The new one will probably get batted around alittle, is normal as long as it isn't getting really hurt. They will learn quickly that they have a new playmate.

Keep the kitten in another room for a few days so the other cats can get used to its smell. Then you should let it out for a few minutes for supervised playtime. Gradually increase the periods of time it is let out for until the kitten is out for the whole day, but not at night. Then one night let the kitten free and hopefully everything will be okay.

first introduce them when you are homee, with the kitten in a cage

when they get used to the kitten, you can leave for small amounts of time, but keep the kitten in a cage

Then when they really get used to each other, let the kitten out when you are home

After that they should be able to be with the kitten all the time

when bringing the new kitten into your home for the first time, use a pet carrier like you'd use to take her home from the store and vet. make it comfortable with bedding, food, and toys. this is important because if your cats are afraid of her, keep the kitten in their he first couple hours when she comes home, until you think it'd be god for her to use the litter box. instead of letting your kitten sleep with you the first night, get her a deep, hollowed basket with good bedding so the other cats cannot jump into it and swat at her. for her feeding, keep her bowl in a separate room instead of sharing so the other cats won't feel like their territory is being over crowed with a new animal. let your kitten explore the area with your supervision, and if she comes across one or all of the cats, let her hang around them and see what happens- that's the only thing you can do. if they start swatting at each other, pull the grown cat(s) away and give them a firm tap on the nose and head and a little pat on the top of their back ( not too hard of course!!!!) and say "BAD- NO" in a firm voice to sustain them or the time being. hopefully, the cats will get used to having each other around. gradually, over time, then they don't swat at each other while next to or around each other, move the kitten' bowl next to theirs. Good luck!!!( this is the same method i used when i brought a new kitten home.)
