I am going to the grocery store tonight what should i eat before all i have are eggs and salmon in a can some flour and soup i cant mess my diet up now any suggestions?

lol i know this is a weird question sorry..

Well, it sounds like you have the basic ingredients for salmon patties. You may not have quite all the ingredients, but basically just the salmon, a couple of eggs, and if you have it a small quantity of salt and some pepper, then roll then in flour.

Make salmon cakes with the salmon and the eggs & a bit of flour to bind them together. If you have any rice &/or celery in the house cook some of that up & put it in the salmon cakes as well.

You need to do some studying. Permanent weight loss is most successfully accomplished by changing your lifestyle. You have to burn more calories than you eat. I'm sure you can find healthy eating advice on the internet. Just for starters, eat more fish and chicken breasts baked instead of fried. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit. Avoid sweets, thick creamy sauces and gravies, fried foods, and limit starchy foods (bread, pasta and potatoes). When eating salad, use low calorie dressings. Try walking, jogging or running if you can't afford a membership at a gym. The weight will come off and stay off if you maintain a healthier more active lifestyle instead of resuming your old one once the weight is off. Good luck.

Why not have scrambled eggs... You don't have to add milk and butter to them... You can just plop them right in the pan and scramble them while they're in there...then you get a mix of egg white and yolk... if you wait till they start to cook before scrambling.

Then when you go out shopping you have something nutritious in you, something that won't throw off your diet much, and has nothing added to it...all natural =)

try just some fresh vegetables and make something with the salmon. If there is a whole food near you go there- they have a section for healthy eating...

Go out and buy lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, ranch and anything you like in a salad and just make a salad! You can also buy jello which is healthy, or maybe just buy some fruits and vegetables. Good luck with your diet!
