Yes i am a 16 year old female and if a girl says she has had a dream about you that means she is thinking about you and likes you i know for a fact cause i have had dreams about guys when you go to bed thinking about that guy you dream about them unless the girl kills the guy in her dream then that means she hates you but if it was a dream about kissing you then she definitely hearts you i hope i helped!!! good luck with that girl!!

Yes, it means she was thinking about you while she was sleeping. What kind of dream was it? B/c if it's not a good dream, then it could mean something else.
