photo editing?

I'm looking for software that changes human pictues.
e.g. a photo of an over weight person, edit the photo to give a pretty close idea of what they would look like at the correct weight.

With Ulead's PhotoImpact, go to Effects then Distort.

You'll find options like FAT to widen a shot and THIN to shrink it.

There's also Pinch and Punch which are similar.
