I would say nothing but fruit, water, and a treadmill or bicycle 30 minutes a day. Also try grape fruit juice through out the day to burn more calories.

There is no healthy way to do this. Keep in mind that one gallon of water weighs 8 pounds. It is not possible to metabolize 7 pounds of fat in 5 days. Any "diet" that appears to help you loose that much weight is doing nothing more than causing you to loose water, which may lead to kidney damage and other health risks.

This is not the answer ur lookin for and probobly u heard it a million times but thast really not healthy!!!
sometimes those dont even work cuz ur stomach start goin in starvation mode and then it gets used to you eating nothing and when u Do eat somethin it stores it as fat .....but hey just fast or something but thats really not a good idea loose 2 pounds a week youll be fine. youll gain it all back when you start eating regually

There is no healthy way to lose 7 lbs in 5 days. If you REALLY want to, vetetables - for all meals and fat free milk. If you get an huge hunger urge...water is your best friend. Fill yourself up with water.

try eating nothing but 2 bowls of cheerios a day
and drink nothing but water
but start eating healthy again after you lose it
