There's No Citizen Bank.
Citibank,First Bank,Western Bank,Banco Popular.Banco Bilbao Vizcaya.

There are no branches of Citizen's Bank in Puerto Rico. Banco Popular, Western Bank, Citibank are some major banks that have multiple branches in Puerto Rico.

You will be able to use your ATM and debit card at any other banks in PR.
