Vegetarian Fed Hens? Aren't all chickens fed some sort of grain?

Yes, but disgustingly enough, many animals raised for food are given feed made from ground up bits of themselves, which makes them essentially cannibals. That's why there has been so many problems lately with diseases like mad cow, because they are actually fed ground up offal from other cows.
