I have a hard time comprehending that Jesus never had a hard on. I mean if he was human, you'd think that at least he's wake up with some morning wood. It is a natural biological response caused by bladder pressure. But if he did, that would be committing adultery in his heart. Which would have made him an unfit sacrifice for our sins. Quite the paradox, huh?

I find almost ALL things about "God" and religion incomprehensible! Still, I am interested in Biblical history (as much as in any other kind). I saw in interesting piece on the History Channel about the life of Jesus, apart from what's been written. According to several accounts, he WAS a "brat" and actually, a bully, as a child! He would (according to this story), use his supposed "powers" to play pranks (knocking over vendors' carts, for example) and often beat up other kids! As he got older, he was often rude to his parents and hung out with other anti-Roman revolutionaries! He also seemed to resent his responsibilities toward his family, even after Joseph died and he was the "man of the house". Sound like a cross between James Dean in "Rebel Without a Cause" and Abbie Hoffman!

There are many things about God that's not comprehensible.
And my kid has never acted like a brat. She's very calm, layed back person, quiet, loving . Really.
Why would Jesus sin? If he is from God/is God (this is something I can't comprehend) he would not have the nature to sin. But remember he was tempted.

The fact that Jesus is God indicates that He could not sin, since sin is rebellion against God, and God cannot rebel against Himself. On the other hand, when a litle kid acts ornery, that is not a sin, so perhaps Jesus did have his ornery moments as a child, who knows? Certainly though there are many things about God that are incomprehensible. He is infinite. We, as finite beings, cannot even comprehend what that means, since it is something completely outside our experience.

This is peculiar to me.
Do you believe God raised Him from the dead?
(I Corinthians 15:1-4)
Do you believe He was the Creator of the universe?
(Colossians 1:15-17)
Yet you can't believe that He was sinless?
(II Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15)
You will never make any progress in the spiritual life unless you come to realize that the Bible is a higher authority than your own understanding. Your attitude towards the Word of God is your attitude towards God.
You are still a rebel.

a child sins for it comes from his parents, as in he is actually born of 2 seeds. But Jesus was not born this way, for God impregnated Mary. So he was already divine. A divine creature does not act or need to act like a human child.
you can't judge God nor Jesus against man, for they are not men.

That is one of the many things that make him so special. If you can't believe that, how can you begin to believe that Jesus rose from the dead which?
Considering that Jesus was alive for possibly billions of years prior to coming to Earth, I think "not sinning" wouldn't be impossible for him to do.

Jesus was a wild child if you watch movies about it, but he grew up as we all do. I don't think you are the" Follow the Leader" (believe everything in movies and books) type to believe that though. Good!

Whoever said that he never sinned didn't even know him. The Bible was written hundreds of years after his death.
