Serious answers only, please. I'm asking as I lost my sister in January after she battled cancer gracefully for quite some time. During her life and even through her illness, her attitude touched so many lives. Those that knew and loved her and also those that she probably never would have known if it weren't for her illness. Her passing has caused me to think about how I live my life and hope it will be in a manner such as her's that will forever change others. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with me.

Thank you for extending your sympathy. She is in a better place and no longer in pain. I'm asking this question for personal reasons that occurred as a result of her passing. I will happily share my reason for this question after the question is closed. If I were to share it now, then the question itself would be viewed differently. Thanks Again.

Bringing many souls to Christ. I will have been forgotten 100 years from now but, bringing many to Christ now may bring thousands to Him 100 years from now. God willing. Amen and Peace out.....

Excellent question!
To my family:
That I was committed to "being loving" as a husband, father, grand father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin.
To my friends, neighbors, community and country:
That I was committed to doing my "very best" to be supportive, sympathetic and patriotic.
And to my God:
That I was "joyously faithful" and in need of Your grace and mercy.
Hope this will help you with your sister's passing.
Except my sympathy and God bless.

I would like to be remembered for contributing something to humanity as a whole. I'd like to leave something behind - a book, a play, a painting - which others could enjoy long after I'm gone.
I am very sorry for your loss.

First, my condolences to you and your family for your loss
Second. I have worked all my life helping people, and never asked for anything in return. I wouldn't know what would I like yet.
Third. Always have your sister in your heart and mind. She was brave, and whatever you decide to honor her, you have all the right to do so as you believe is correct.

Kindness - for the most part. I lost my parents last year... and I am most grateful for their kindness. It is only as an adult that I realize how lucky I was to have them. It is kindness I have come to value most as what a person can give to those around them.
I can understand your feelings about your loss. You honor her the most with your goals in life.
