Grated cheese is so good with many things. Vegetables, salads, omelets/scrambled eggs. Just about any type of casserole is great topped off with cheese. Mexican or Italian dishes need cheese to make them even better.
The list is pretty endless in my opinion.
Make some hamburgers and top it off with the grated cheese. You could also try some cheese bread; place the cheese on any type of bread, pop it in the oven until it melts.
Good luck

Tons! Depending on how much you have, it can be a topper for tacos, used on a pizza, added between layers of sauce and meat in lasagna, melted over chips to make nachos, etc.
