I read one on Yahoo! this week, but I can't find it now. It had lots of garlic and red pepper flakes. Where can I find it now that I need it?

water to cover chicken

3 zucchini
3 celery sticks

Brown some chicken pieces, onions and chopped garlic in a little oil. Add chicken stock, chopped potatoes and carrots. Add about 1 tsp. of curry powder and 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes. Cook until chicken is done (pulls away easily from bone if you used chicken pieces with bones). Add chopped cabbage and cook until done.

Good stuff.

sorry I can't help you find that recipe you were looking for, but hopefully if you can't find it still, this'll do.

take 1 whole chicken
add water to cover bird plus a little
add 3 chicken bullion cubes

bring to boil - and then reduce to slow boil
cook 90 minutes - keeping an eye on water level

then add 1 cut up onion
two carrots - cut up
2 stalks of celery cut up

and a little garlic and red pepper sounds nice

cook another 30 minutes - watching water level

and - enjoy!
