what are some workouts or things i can do to make my arms and legs stronger besides lifting weights and running? im talking about stuff like crunches or wall sits. my arms are also really skinny, what are some things I can do to make them no so scrawny/skinny? but i am not interested in personal training.

id recomend that u join a gym and just do a bit of every thing that way your whole body will get toned but if u want to do it at home you could try the one where u stand then u bend so your bum almost touches the floor the u stand up again with out useing your hands repete this 50 times. do this every day. as 4 your arms i don know! hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!

You can do some bicep curls for your arms, do some squats and run around the park

these exercises build up, both legs an arms

they are fun too
