Does anyone else, preferrably Christians, think Christianity will fall? We have become a world of spirituality over religion. With all the turmoil and natural disasters occurring today, I think people forget their religious roots and simply cry out for God. One God for all the people. Not Christ vs. Muhammed vs. Buddha vs. the multi-appendages of the elephant God Ganesh. Its all about one God who merely sent these men to Earth to spread the word to just be good people.

Your theory is in the bible, its called the one-world religion, and its false. Yes, christianity is falling away, also prophesized in the bible. It's all heading for one end.

Yes I believe that there will be a great apostasy near the end of time. I believe that this will be the main characteristic of the great tribulation period. It will be a time like no other in history since this will be a time that very very very few people will be becoming saved.

Luke 18:8 "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”

If faith is not found when the Son of Man comes then it means that the gospel is no longer effective anymore. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17)

Matthew 24:22 "And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened."

If the tribulation days were lengthened no one would be becoming saved. And it's no suprise that this would occur since the primary basis for our salvation is faith and faith will no longer be found.

When the disciples asked Jesus when the end of all things are, He responded by warning them many times about false Christs and false prophets arising displaying signs and wonders.

Revelation 11 also refers to the eventual destruction of the testimony of God. Please also read Revelation 20 and you'll see that near the end of time Satan will be loosed to deceive the world. This deception will most likely be a strong spiritual deception where Satan will pretend he is God. I firmly believe that during this period Satan will be manifesting himself more and more within the church structure in order to lead people astray. That will be his primary attack method.

Christianity will not fall and i'll tell you why. Pentacostalism is actually if u counted it to be it's own religion the second largest religion on its own following budahism. Catholicism is also still one of the largest growing religious movements. Only in America is pentacostalism not growing as fast as everywhere else in the world.

Yes, Christianity is slowly dying off. Nothing is forever and the world is waking up. The old religions no longer apply to the new world.

Christianity is on the rise overall, though it's not as fast growing as Islam.
In developed countries (except the USA) its becoming less popular (thankfully)

God I hope so.

And I'm not being sarcastic. I'm not a christian answering your question--I am a former christian. I think it would be better for the world. No more religious wars--can you imagine?
