I'm going to a dinner party tomorrow and the main dish is pork tenderloin and I'm supposed to bring a salad. But I don't know what kind of salad goes with pork tenderloin. Spinich? Ceasar? Shrimp?

Try a Waldorf with apples and nuts to compliment the pork.

The best salad to pair with pork tenderloin would be a nice mixed baby greens with apples even a cider vinegrette could compliment the pork.

Fruit goes very well with pork. Try mixing up a bowl of fresh fruits such as oranges, apples, cherries, blueberries, peaches, pears, pineapple. Whatever fruits you like that don't cost a fortune. Grapes can be added to canned fruit and cool whip to make a delicious fruit salad, be sure to drain any canned fruit that you use. Also something different is a jello mold. Use orange or pineapple jello and add crushed, drained canned pineapple, shredded carrots and chopped nuts. Unmold and top with maraschino cherries. This is really simple and easy and tastes & looks great. Its the unexpected!
