How can I scan a picture and send it to my yahoo account?

You need a scanner. Just scan the picture and save it as a JPG on your machine. Then just upload to your Yahoo Photos. Simple.
If you don't have a scanner any Walmart, office depot, or staples cando it for you, for a fee of course.
