We have to find new homes for our cats--my husband & children can't live with them any more due to allergies. Any suggestions on finding them good homes? I've already worked my family and friends to no avail.

Look up cat rescue organizations. There are alot of them! I volunteer with Friends of Felines and they foster and care for cats until a home can be found. They also hold adoption days every month. They are located in Fairfield county, CT.

Try putting an ad in the newspaper and also call your lovcal vet hospitals and ask if they know of clients that wants full grown cats. People call all the time looking for them. Good luck.

NYC has one of the most wonderful ASPCA's around. Take them there and surrender them to them. They will find them really good homes.

you should bring them to a shelter. the shelter will take care of them until someone comes looking for some cats. but whatever you do... dont take them to the pound unless you absolutley have to. at the pound they take care of animals just for a little while, and if no one takes them....
