I bought Pilsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, and completely forgot about them. Appparently, they've been in my fridge for a month or so. It says by Feb 7. However, they are in those metallic cans. Are they still good or do I throw them away?

I did the same thing but with another item. Be careful when you peel the paper off to open the can. It will pop very loud and quickly before you get the wrapper off. But I'm quite sure they will still be good. Just smell of them. If they are bad it will have a soured smell to them.

Personally I'd throw 'em away.
Why take the risk? You can get another can for $1.99.
Dough isn't like a can of peas or whatever, I mean you have to keep it refrigerated and all that. Open it if you want and see if it looks/smells okay, but really I'd just go buy more.

When in doubt, throw them out!
