I wouldnt get a tattoo for that reason get one because you really want one. It is going to be with you for along time! Long after whoever is bugging you will be.

OK now I would say that this isn't a good idea make sure that what ever tattoo you get is one that you'll want on your body forever..and make sure it's in a place that makes you happy and always look for a good artist who has the experience and knows what the hell they are doing

dont get a tat for that reason. Try using henna first to make sure you really like it. and do lots of research. Its easy to cover smaller ones but not big ones. I have full back wings and i absolutly love them!
