I can't complete a yawn or a sigh. when I don't I get extremely light headed and dizzy. Almost like I'm going to pass out. Plus I get a sharp pain that shoots from my right sholder up my neck and into my chest. This problem happens every 20min roughly. It takes me 5min to catch my breath.

Ask a doctor. A general practitioner.I think you are trying too hard .Breathe into a sack and lay down.Go ahead and call the doctor right away. This might be serious.
