You can have any set of morals you choose to have. Thing is, it won't make any difference. Life is a crock and all good things are in vain. Curses...

I think your directing this Q. to Religion, Society, Politics, and other social structures that have sound and logical depth.

Okay, that's a good sign. This means your not going to be pushed into believing just anything someone hands you on a silver platter. You are questionings all these things. You are making your own decisions in life. That's very good. But, you have to believe in something. Yourself.

Soon you will make choices to believe in some of these things you discredit right now. Your not happy with the things you see. Can you improve anything you don't like, for betterment reasons? Can you take something and improve it? No, easy answer here.
Can you help make the world a happier place to live for all others that want to live?

You can be a visionary for a new invention maybe.

Just make good and sound desicions for yourself and you'll be happier than ever. Listen to good advice, and shrug off negative things that can damage you and other people.

I can certainly understand that. If you only depend on yourself, and we all know that as humans we have flaws beyond measure, then it stands to reason that as a result, you would have absolutely no faith in anything.
If all I believed in was my feeble self, I wouldn't have any faith in it either.

A faith in God does not mean you stop making your own decisions; and it also does not mean you stop having difficulties; but it does mean that you will find peace and a solution in those difficulties that will take you quickly out of them so that you can continue with your life, making your decision, etc.
God does not want you to be a blind little monkey that just walks around praising with arms held high; what he wants are mature, can-do type people who use the brain he gave you, and can think for him or her self.
He sent his Word, which is not just there to tell you about love thy neighbor, get bapized, repent. Those are fine, but thats just being a little baby christian. The deeper message in Scriptures tell you what really happened in the Garden of Eden, why it was so horrific, why we have to be in the flesh in the first place, about the great war that happened before Adam and Eve ever came about - why Angelic beings came here before, and why they are coming again, that Angelic beings including Satan have seed (seimen) and are able to make a human woman pregnant, etc.
And, of course, what the plan is to get the earth back to being clean and unpolluted, and a system of Government that will truly be fair for everyone, not just those with money.

There is an incredible amount of knowledge in those Scriptures, and yeah, I know its not taught in the Churches, but thats not Gods fault, its mans fault.
God wants you to sail your own ship, and its cool that you are doing just that - but if you want some questions answered, and if you want to know how things are gonna go down in the future, you might want to check out those Writings of God.
Prophecys written have all come to pass exactly as they were told so far; there is every indication that the rest will come to pass shortly.
What is shortly? We know it is in this generation, and can only be the generation when Judah returns to Judea, which happened on May 15, 1948 - so, although people have said the end is near a zillion times before, the final generation could not be until that event occurred. Now that it has, its just a matter of a small amount of time. Watch as it all goes down precisely as its written.
If ya don't believe it now, sit back and keep your eyes open, and believe it when ya see it.
The Churches make the Word seem like a bunch of nonsense; I assure you that nonsense belongs to man, not to God.

Sure, though it depends on how you define "faith". In the context of religion, "faith" is often defined as "belief that does not rest on logical proof or material evidence." In this context, it is indeed a good thing to be faithless, if only because it's possible to hurt yourself or others if you rely on claims that have no logic or evidence on their side--for example, if you have "faith" that eating vegetables is a sin, you could hurt yourself, or hurt others who listen to you, as a result. You need at least some consideration for the evidence.

On the other hand, if by "faith" you simply mean "confident belief in the truth, value, or trustworthiness of a person, idea, or thing" (e.g., "I have faith that the Sun will rise tomorrow"), then faith might be a worthwhile thing in some situations; certainly, not believing (or accepting as true) anything whatsoever is an extremely impractical way to live one's life. And then, to complicate things further, there's still other definitions of "faith", like "allegiance", "the body of dogma of a religion", "a set of principles or beliefs", or "the Christian theological virtue of belief in God and a trusting acceptance of God's will".

The problem with discussions of faith (and many other religious terms, like "God") is that they often involve frequent equivocations between these different definitions, meaning that people simply speak (or preach) at odds to one another, and there's no real exchanging of ideas. Being clear in what you mean by "faith" is an important way to avoid such ambiguity.

If you don't have faith in anything, how do you make your own decisions. It takes faith to make the decisions, and it takes faith in that those decisions will work out. I am praying for you, and I am saying this in love, but, in all honesty, we will all stand in judgement, and will all have to answer for all the decisions that we make. May God bless you.

Don't you think that in your own decisions your faith is that you'll get what or where you want to go by making them. Or do you blindly make them and wait for the results. Faith defined for you is
firm belief in something for which there is no proof (2): complete trust
3: something that is believed especially with strong conviction.
Do you think you have faith or not?

People of faith still make their own decisions. Like someone else said, it depends on your definition of faith.

Then you must have some Faith your your own decision making abilities.

Just to be able to make a decision means you have Faith in something!

Absolutely. Unknown to many people, you are moving up spiritually. Before you can know God, you need to know yourself. Then your question implies that you take responsibility for your actions. This is more mature spiritually than waiting for another party to forgive you. Please carry on with your current plan; if something comes along that makes you want to review your plan, it should still be your decision.

We all make our own decisions, even those who believe in God. I may pray about everything first for the Lord's guidance but ultimately the choice is still mine
