Someone has judged me to be so.
I am not familiar with the term, except - does it mean I am a spy for someone or something?
No matter what - the term offends me in an unsettling way?
Sincerely Grace, (Skydancer) < My Buddhist name, given when I took the refuge and Heart vows.
Would anyone wish to answer as to this, in a serious way, please.
No reason to mock me, I would appreciate that!
I am just amazed I may come through as such a thing, whatever it means, as a "HIRED GUN?"
Thank you.

looking at your previous question where someone suggested this
they are very wrong
they simply did not understand your lifestyle
yes a hired gun would suggest that you are payed or encourage to do wrong
and you and i both know that is untrue
so please dismiss it and just be happy
i thought your last question was lovely xx

The term 'hired gun' can be used in many contexts. You haven't provided enough information. But it's also not always a negative term. It is often used when someone who is the best and the brightest in their feild of expertize is brought in to straighten out an ongoing problem. It might be a new, highly regarded manager in a store, ... or finding someone who is heads above everyone else to fill a job in your company, etc.

It used to mean in the 1800,s to be a hired killer. Assassin comes to mind. Spiritually, it would have to go along those lines!!
