When i mail my tax forms in, should i staple all the pages together, bind them together, or just use a paper clip? Also, am i suspposed to mail my t1099 form in with my tax forms? thanks!

You can paper clip them, but I never do. I just throw all necessary info in the envelope, seal it, mail it. Do NOT staple it together. This will result in some lazy IRS clerk throwing it on the back burner, so to speak, and your refund not getting to you in as quick a time as you would expect.

I second Tomcat on the FairTax, BTW. It's a must read. And check out the book by Neal Boortz and Congressman John Linder if you can.

Just use a paper clip. Don't think they like staples. It probably says that on the envelope that they send.

I attach my W-2's by tape to the first page(and 1099's)

do NOT staple - just fold and mail them in

but why not support the fair tax act and let's abolish the irs??

You can use a paper clip. Mail in any 1099s that have federal withholding on them.
