It is not necessary to treat a spider angioma. If desired, it can be treated with electrocautery (a specialized instrument that cauterizes the vessel), electrodessication (sealing off of blood vessels by monopolar high frequency electric current), laser, or injection of a solution that seals the vessel. It is common for a spider angioma to reappear after therapy. In that case, treatment can be repeated.
If you are not willing to try any of these options then make up is probably the only alternative. There are no homeopathic ways of resolving spider angiomas that I am aware of...
Spider angiomas are frequently associated with pregnancy and estrogen-based oral contraceptive use and they usually resolve spontaneously in about six to nine months postpartum or after discontinuing oral contraceptives....

There are some creams that claim to help. The best thing you can do is get them closed off by a laser.

Many dermatologists and plastic surgeons are using lasers to treat these problems well and it's my understanding that it's proving quite effective.

HeptaDragon's answers are one of those which are available from doctors to relieve the appearance of the veins.
However i know of a drug called Daflon. it can relieve these symptoms you are concern about. please see your family doc to learn more! ;)
however there are cases where medication cannot help. in these cases i believe you have to consider HeptaDragon's answers as another alternative.
Good Luck!
