Ok so there's this guy that goes to my church, yeah I'm a churchy and Ilike my men to be the sam way. So I think he likes me back; while I"m singing on sundays, in the choir, I catch him staring at me all the time. I know him well too, but when ever I get close to him this one other boy comes in and says some crap and he goes away. I know that me and the kid I like are friends, but sometimes I feel like he wants to be more but that he isn't sure of himself. please tell me waht to do! We have a retreat coming up and I want to make sure that whatever we are is clear in my head. I like him, but I don't want to like I don't have a chance with. Also when I went to this bnaquet thing I felt like someone was staring at me, when I looked to see who it was he was looking at me with this look that said, "Ahh you did come, I'm glad you did." But he caught me off gaurd so all I coudl do was looked surprised and flustered. I couldn't even look him in the eye when we talked. Can you help?

forgot to add that we have known eachother for over a year and I lhave liked him for most of it. Everytime I try ti stop liking the guy he turns around and something else to make me want to like him again.

You really ought ot do the brave thing and go and talk to him.

It sounds as if you so much need to be around this guy and it sounds like it would be good for him to.
Engineer an opportunity for you and him to be alone (or at least out of earshot of everyone else) and chat to him - no heavy stuff - just establish that you two like each other.

I'm no expert but it sounds like you two are courting and it can be very difficult if you have feelings for someone not to feel awkward when you see that person.
If you like this person I think the best thing you can do is not to see things too black and white and accept that just like you are unsure of things he might be too. Since you have a retreat coming up, why not try and spend time with him? Or after church why not go for a walk with him? I know its hard but try not to feel awkward about things. Have you thought about if you like him?

What you should do is start being nice to him(thats what boys likes girls to do to them).You shouldn't be a wild girl boys really hate that...Start making comments about him like,'Wow you look handsome today!' And then he'll start to wear nice clothes which you should do that too but its your choice....Then at church try to find a seat close to him and start talking to him and get to know each other but if you are too shy then just in back of him and take a look around him...You should try this before telling him how you feel then he might like you back and start saying this to you why are you so sweet?

Have a conversation with him and pay attention to his body language and the way he acts... that should help you see if he likes you or not
