I love gyros when I go to Chicago but want to make my own and show my family how great they are. I can find everything (pita bread, feta cheese, etc) but the gyros meat here locally? Do you know where I can find it? Thanks.

All you need is pork meat in thin slices. You can buy pork meat everywhere and you can slice it by yourself. Here is an article that describes how to prepare pita with gyros at home:

You could always go out for gyros, much easier than cooking them yourself if you want the true flavor. I know they serve them at the Greek Islands restaurant and also at Hellas Cafe. Or you could try Sam's Gyros at 54th and college (I think it's still open but I haven't been in there for a year, so call first and check).

The best ones are found at Greek Festival in Indy, but that's sometime in Spetember. But it might be a good way to introduce your family to the food during the fest.

If you still want to make them at home, I'd suggest asking someone who works at one of the Greek restaurants in town where they buy their meat from.
