If there are are desires in Love, there is pain. Love never induced pain. Our own expectations, desires, failures to realise our own flaws and improve on it, failure to understand our partners, are some of the reasons taht induce pain...

There is pain and pleasure everywhere. The difference between pain in love or pain on a different account is === The pain in love is a pleasured pain but in the other forms it is only pain and suffering

Note: These are my opinions please do not take them personally.
This wolrd is based on the principle of duality.
It is not possible that only one thing can exist. Means you cannot say that I want coins only with Heads. When you chose a coin, you will have Heads and Tails both.
So it is not possible that only peace,happiness,good will exist. Cruelty,sorrow,poverty will always be there.
Day cannot be recognised without night and same way happiness cannot be recognised without sorrow.
They come hand in hand.
Love and pain are two sides of a coin. You choose Love and you will pain by default.
This is NATURE. Nature has to maintain the balance and it does that without any mistake.
You chose one and other comes by defualt.

I practised reflexology which is the application of sometimes painful pressure to certain areas of the body to relieve pain.
So, I think it is true. However, the road of life is not pave all the way there is always ups and down of gravel and dirt road. The bottom line is that everything else is negligible if your focus is on the end result of loving. Just the way God love His people, there is always a way of redemption.

You are greatly mistaken by understanding desires and demands as love. Love never dwell in impure heart. Also it never ever comes as a gift or reward from someone out side. It is a pleasant inner experience so precious that it can not be dependable on anything or anybody else out side, don't you agree now and still have any doubt? identify love in its real form.

yes, it is very much true... these days "love" is either triangle or it is one sided... or girls or guys leave their partner and run after the partner whom their parents look for them. this surely gives way to PAIN... these days everyone are becoming egoistic... this is another reason for the pain... love doesn't give pain... but people are making "love" as the reason for pain which they are giving... expectations are too much from the partners. when these fail, there is pain...
due to lack of understanding, there is pain...
due to lack of giving time to their partners, there is pain...

No. if there is love there is no pain. if there is possessiveness which is misunderstood as love then there is pain.
