YES food coloring is the answer, you can even have PINK beer!! also since the beer is somewhat yellow you can try blue food coloring cause blue+yellow=green ;)

A lot of bars/pubs will put green dye in the beer for this one special occasion. It's a big hit with customers and it doesn't change the taste!

Any bar you go to will have green beer. Othewise if you're at home, simply add green food color, that's all it is! Not Rocket Science.
