I doubt I drink a glass and I know I should instead of soft drinks. I use to drink more and I felt better then as water is the best method for flushing out toxins generated by your body.

I drink over two liters a day because it really increases my energy level. ALOT! It makes me feel good and less hungry so I don't start putting on weight. Cold water in the morning really wakes me up for work. I heart water.

No enough. On the best of days--2 glasses. I don't like water, forget, any excuse possible. I know, I am old enough to know better.

I drink water as much as I can because I am trying to get rid of my acne, so I try and avoid all other liquids such as soda etc. So i's more to do with that than anything else.

I try to drink four liters. I guess because your supposed to. But usually only 2 liters. I mean I heard it can give you energy, and help loose weight.

Usually i am at 1.5 to 2 liters a day. Not because have to, but because i feel thirsty. Have quit from soda and all these that they use to advertise as a "natural juice's".
