I think you're exceptionally desperate.
How ironic that I came across your question right after answering one of those "how can you have any hope without belief in God?" questions. Here in your question we have yet another believer desperately hoping for the end of the world, and you can be sure that other believers will jump in with the usual chorus of "yes, I really hope that the world is coming to an end as well!".

We've got some time left, there's more to the prediction than renewing the sacrifices, they have to actually rebuild the temple first, and somethings gonna have to give first, considering that pesky dome of the rock sitting there.
For those who said it could have been any time in history, you're so wrong. Israel had to become a nation again, which it didn't do until 1948. The tribulation is suppose to begin during that generation, and a biblical generation is 70 years, giving us until 2018 for things to heat up. I don't believe in the pre-trib rapture, so I'm not looking forward to it.

Only fools believe that there is no God. No kind of signs, weather, fires, etc. are not needed for those that have faith.
There is only one thing that proves that there is a God and that Man...women too...are all progeny from Adam and Eve.
All people are essentially related by DNA analysis. As of 2007, DNA has been traced as far back as 50,000 years. As DNA analysis becomes more precise, it could be traced to the beginning of time.
Man has always been Man. And Man has never evolved from any other kind of living things or different species.
No one has the answers. Don't believe in those people that continue to try and disprove the existence of God.

Every generation since the bible was written has predicted that these were the end times, ... enjoy your life, be brave, ... how is focusing on something you can't predict or control do anyone any good. Live a good life and treat others as you'd have them treat you. If the end does come, you'll be ready, there's just no purpose in dwelling upon those things we can not control.

Only the Father knows when He is going to destroy the earth again- and I do believe that He destroyed the earth by water (Noah's Ark) the first time. Most people don't understand why He did this: the blood line was impure because the fallen angels were envious of human flesh, so they raped and defiled it---creating a "hybrid-necrophylm" race. Well, I think that it is obvious that this has happened again.

None of this is very convincing.
Now if the bible had said the words "embedded microchips", that would be creepy. As it is, why not point to the mainstreaming of tattoos as "the mark"
All of this stuff (and it doesn't seem like much to me) is coincidence, and not a very good coincidence at that.

On and on and on you Christians blather about the end of the world. There's nothing thats happening now that hasn't happened in the past and every single year Christians have tried to say "It's the end of the world" for the last two millenia. When are you going to realize that it isn't going to happen?
