I think he's saying hey girl I like you but I also respect you enough to wait for that kiss on the lips and for the right time. Until then here's a respectful kiss on your lovely hands. That's what I think a kiss from a gentleman means when he kisses you on the hand there girl. From some one who's actually done that too.

Hes is sendign that he is a respectable man and that he doesnt want the relationship to go too fast because he doesnt want to lose you. Stick with him and you will be so happy. Things can get boring sometimes, but give it time. It will work!

it sends an awwwww signal. cause it's the start of something new, he feels so right to be with you. lol, it's just sweet, i guess... i don't think it means a significant amount.

well i took it as a sweet gesture when my boyfriend and i first started dating because i wouldn't kiss him at first. three months later he still kisses my hand. i love it.
