We own ten rental units (mobile homes) and charge X amount in rent, but then we ourselves pay 145 dollars to the owner of the mobile home park for lot rent. Can we use this as a deduction on our income tax return?

Yes, if the rental/lease you pay is in direct correlation to the rental properties. If you are paying for lot rent for your residence then no.
