Low Performing System Files?

I have performed all my defrage programs including Diskkeeper and i have loads of Pink sytem files which it says is Low Performing. Is it possible to make them perform better???

After performing defragment with Diskkeeper it says I have a lot of LOW PERFORMING SYSTEM FILES but it doesnt tel me how to rectify the problem
