yea why not?? the dog wouldn't mind.i had a dog named doggy we had him for more than 10 years and a black lab named blacky seriously

Not a very original or imaginative choice is it? What kind of a dog is it? What kind of personality does he or she posess? Think about that before coming up with a name.

you really shouldnt be asking this question... it's your dog... you can name it anything you want... just... dont name is horsy, or any other name of an animal with a y at the end... people might think it's a horse or something else

your dog your choice, if it suits you and fits him why not. Our daughter named our dog princess and let me tell you she is the queen of the castle.
