does bio oil help fade spot marks?

i have red blemishes/spot marks..will bio oil help or anythng else....and how long will it take to get my face the same culour as it should be right now i have red patches on my cheeks where the spots were/are

bio oil is great for reducing scars so yes it will help with spot scars. It does however take months to get effect- it doesnt happen quickly. Good luck.
