No! Most preachers use that as an excuse for the rotten sermon they spread out for you to believe.
I have heard it too.......then a long lie about Jws in his neighborhood.

i would listen to a person who says i believe before i would listen to a person who says i know ... if the topic of conversation is religion
i believe .... shows that they understand that it is only opinion and that everyone has one
i know ... shows that they have taken what has been told and taught to them as fact , disregarding everyone elses beliefs
