been to a friend's house party recently and they served up this very yummy rose wine which I got drunk on without realising it (cos it tasted so nice!) I don't normally like drinking wine anyway, but this was the first time I could actually drink down a whole glass and still ask for more. only thing is I can't remember the name of the wine anymore. all I know is that its from Marks & Spencer. Any clues or guesses as to what it might be called??

Was is bubbly? If so, Oudinot Rosé Champagne is sold by Marks and Spencer, If it's not bubbly, there is also a Macon Rose, a french wine that they sell. Are you sure it's a rose? It could also be a grenache or a white zinfandel. You should call your friend and ask her.

Cant help, but a good rose berry that I love and tastes great is White Grenache, so if you are goign to try a whole heap of wines to find this particular one you liked, you shoudl definately start with a White Grenache!

It might have been White Zinfandel if it was on the sweet/tart side. If it was dry, it might be from southern France (Provence).
