My boyfriend has a very difficult accent to understand. I sometimes have to ask him to repeat what he was saying. Then he just blow up. He wil shout the same question at me. Using a slow way of saying the words. It piss me off so much. But what can I do? I have asked him so many times to not shout. When I stand in front of him and he shout like that, it feels like I can just punch him right in the face!!!

maybe he's really self conscious and a bit down on himself about his accent so when you ask him to repeat himself it's a defense mechanism to blame you for the misunderstanding so he doesn't have to blame himself.
you could try saying things like 'what do you mean by that' or 'sorry, i was miles away, what did you say?' and see if that makes a difference. it will probably get easier to understand him over time & his accent will probably lessen.
if he's just being obnoxious & horrible you shouldn't have to put up with it. i'd just give him chance to not shout before doing anything drastic
