Cage them in two separate cages. You can keep their cages side by side so they can see and call to each other, but if they're fighting when together, it's obviously best that they stay in two separate cages. It's not normal, and parrots are known for fighting with all their will, even to the death if needed. A few squabbles once in a while (chattering angrily at each other, maybe threatening once with a lunge) is normal. "Fighting like crazy" is not.

It may be because there's not enough space in the cages. A rule of thumb I use to judge the size of a good cage is for each single bird, the cage has to be twice as large of the bird with both wings fully spanned. Double that since you have two. If the cage isn't big enough for that, they're limited on space and when one wants its own space, it has nowhere to get away from the other bird.

Dominion and Domination. Particularly if it is two females.
Separate cages is the correct answer. There is a distinct possibility that one could kill the other. Particularly if they are hitting the age where they will start to lay eggs.
