Best thing to do is to write the DeltaSkyMiles Service Center:

All correspondence sent by fax or mail must be signed and include the SkyMiles account number.
By Fax

404-773-1945

By Mail

Delta Air Lines, Inc.
SkyMiles Service Center, Dept. 654
P.O. Box 20532
Atlanta, GA 30320-2532
USA

Make sure to fax/mail copies of your boarding pass and/or ticket receipt(s) and provide them with your Delta SkyMiles number, your address and a telephone number where they can reach you.

By the way, KoreanAir is part of the SkyTeam Alliance, which Delta also is a member. Your flight doesn't have to be a Delta codeshare. Simply show them your KoreanAir ticket or boarding pass and you will be given Delta SkyMiles for your flight.

Normally, the only way you can earn the miles is if the flights on the other carriers were code shares meaning the flight was issued by Delta and had a Delta flight code share number. If you didn't book your Korean Air ticket through Delta initially, I doubt you can get the miles credited to you. Try it, Good Luck.
