Well,my friend has this major crush on this guy who is puerto rican and so r me and my friend! Well,I'm mixed! I asked him if he wanted to go out wit her he said no,I asked him y he said he wants to go out wit me! Now,he is but uguly and he thinks I'm hot! My friend and I are so close we finish each other sentences! If she gives me a certain look I know what she is saying,thats how close we r! Should I tell her her crush made a move on me?

I think you should but when you say it be like but hes really ugly anyways and you can do so much better. and make sure you let her know that you have no feelings for him whatsoever!!

No don't say anything because if you do she is going to think that you r jealous and think that you r just trying to get in the way. Don't worry about him making a move on you and just hold on to your friendship because that's not worth losing over some butt ugly guy.
