this maybe a symptom of an anxiety disorder, it can sometimes make reality seem a bit wierd, ive felt like you before. you should go talk to your doctor and see if he/she can help. hope you feel better soon.

there is alot of reasons for that. you are probably depressed. you need to go see a theripist before it gets out of hand. the longer you let it go the worse the problems become. there is a word for the way you feel. its called depersonalization. you feel like your detached from the would and people surounding you. your not losing your mind. you just need to talk to some one. get help please. also i wanted to point out and this is for the rude person who wrote about hooked on phonics to go suck an eg. because clearly this person needs help. not reading classes

You are describing dissociative symptoms that may be part of a depersonalization disorder or another dissociative disorder but it is difficult to ascertain any more without greater specificity. If you have a history of trauma, please seek a psychotherapist/counselor with a good background in trauma treatment.
