I am a Hindu, but I'm disillusioned with the growing ignorance among Hindus about our own practices. For example, caste is not a birth right, it's a characteristic of your spiritual predispositions. It just became a thing earned by birth because people didn't understand this.
I believe more strongly in the principle of bhakti, or pure devotion. Simple, and there's no possible other interpretation.

Because I am a Jain. We believe in no creator God. Sometimes we've been taken for Hindus (by Hindus) and many of us haven't complained about this, but the truth is we are very distinct.

I found Buddhism... seriously. I'd thought about Hinduism while studying their deities, however I ran into a lot of "stuff" that, like other religions I studied, overshadowed what they say they believe far too much, and then weeks later I stumbled on Buddhism anyway, which was laser-sharp to-the-point logic that made far better sense anyway, so I settled here. I still have great respect for Hinduism though.

Depends on your definition of "a Hindu"...
According to the Hindu definition, anybody who believes in god in any way, shape or form IS a Hindu!

i am a Hindu, a [trans -warp] Hindu,Hinduism like any other faith need to evolve or die.I'm a Hindu for the 22 century, were they don't worship any gods and goddess because we will all be god and goddesses.if we all become gods , then there will be no need to worship, only do our universal jobs, and live in harmony with nature.

I kind of am. I agree with a number of basic Hindu concepts, such as the unity and pervasiveness of God, the status of the material universe and the need for moksha (gnosis).

Hinduism is base upon writings done by people drunk on Soma, a powerful hallucinogen. Hinduism encourages an unfair social strata based on actions in a baseless past life. And having thousands of gods is just too confusing.
