How can I make homemade milk chocolate bars?

I have to make chocolate for my project in class.I don't want anything added into the chocolate like nuts coconut.I want a normal chocolate recipe

Buy a milk chocolate bar melt it then cool it in to different shapes!
No that would be cheating. maybe look for some chocolate websites. i think you would need sugar cocoa powder, milk etc..
