Leibling, height is hereditary.
You need to have tall parents in order to hope to be tall.
I'm 6ft tall myself, and my father was 6ft 4in and my mother was 5ft 11inches.
Otherwise, try 'lifts' in your shoes, platforms and heels.

But we love you for who you are dollface. *hugs*

You don't get tall, you grow tall and there really isn't a way to change what's programmed into you from birth. But you can grow healthy by eating right and exercising. That's very important in all this. Tall is a perception other people have, so it's time to start practicing a "tall" attitude. I read an article by a woman who decided to pay attention to how she stood...more erect, and facing people directly. Smiling. She was checking out at a supermarket when she was asked, "Excuse me, aren't you somebody?" and she thought to herself, "Yes, I certainly am."

And so how you portray yourself is very important, not only in what others see but also in how you feel about yourself. My neighbor is one of the most fun people I know, and I never think of him as small. If I would stand right next to him, I tower over him. But we are equals and in some things, he's the better. Height just doesn't figure into it.

Getting tall is a nature's bounty conferred on a human being. At the most a person can increase his/her ht by 5-7 cms till the age of 19 that even by doing certain yoga exercises regulary from the age of 9 or ten. Another way to increase one's ht by a few inches is be way of an expensive surgery performed in foreign countries by lengthening the bone from the knee onwards. The easiest way to live a satisfied life even with less ht is by doing meditation through the pass of self-realization under the guidance of an experienced spiritual teacher.

there is no medical way, unless you have dwarfism, to gain height if your not tall. your height comes in your genes, like your family tree. if your parents and their parents were tall, you have a great chance of having good height too. if they are not, and their parents aren't, then you probably won't be tall- it works that way.
