Meditate, that's what i do. Lite a few candles or insense to lift the atmospher's dread and replace it with a beautiful scent. REMEMBER: when meditating (if u wish 2 do so) keep ur mind clear and focus on your breathing.
I hope this works 4 u! 0>:}<

At your age, these feelings are quite normal, your hormones are changing and your still developing. It can lead to depression. Don't let it! You need to stop worrying about everyone else and their thoughts about you and live how you want to. Ignorance is bliss to some people, not worth consuming your time with. Society is very cruel. Concentrate on getting through school keeping up with the good marks. Look after yourself cause nobody else will. Take control of your life and live it to the fullest while you still can, there isn't much time to do that when you get older, trust me. Helping someone else can make you feel better too. Go help the little old man down the street shovel his driveway. Do some volunteer work at the local animal shelter. Take the neighbours dog or kid for a walk. Talk to your pastor, talk to your parents. Just know you are not alone. Live well and be happy...life is what you make it.

I think it's normal to feel that way. Being picked on in school only makes it worse I'm sure. But if your grades are good and you feel things are working for you for the most part, look toward the day when you are out of high school, can go to college and start a new chapter in your life.

i comprehend precisely how u experience. Hating your physique is very undemanding in adolescents. yet i found out something else too. There are some specific issues you're able to do purely because of the fact of your physique. the component is, u could make others experience to desire to be like u if u love the way u are and artwork in the direction of convalescing your self. It labored for many human beings, u in basic terms could have faith and not undertaking. Being fat has good destiny advantages if u use it good. perfect on a regular basis workout will turn your fat into muscle groups and tallness for adult men and super epidermis and popularity for women. have faith in your self and devote your self to working troublesome to develop your self. undergo in strategies, it fairly is not purely what's on the exterior. If u may well be solid on the interior and each thing else I mentioned, u will substitute right into a individual who all human beings will love and appreciate. i wish that became effective and good success.

Your body is going through tremendous hormonal changes at this time and for many young people this physiological event leads to transient depressions. As you get older and your body adjusts you will most likely experience relief from depressive episodes. Exercise is an excellent way to help alleviate depression. If you could find an aerobic sport you enjoy (jogging?) this will help. Keep the faith, but if it becomes severe, possibly have your mom take you to the doctor to see if antidepressant medication may be of value to you.

It's natural to feel depressed during your teens. Your hormones are going through a lot of changes and you will come through this just fine. Norman Vincent Peale is a great author who has lots of wisdom to help you feel better. "The power of positive thinking" is an amazing book I read in my teens and it helps me today. You sound like an amazing kid! You will be fine!

Just focus on what's positive in your life and try to forget the rest,if you're lucky enough to have friends and family then maybe they can offer you some support.
I dont want to sound patronising but maybe some of it is due to your age, some hormonal imbalances which will sort themselves out.

you may be missing that older brother or mother to look up to as a role model
like many people above said:
Meditate
really helps
but if you feel this is getting out of hand, consult a doctor or phsycoligist imidietly
