Intercity trains are marked as IC but for easy travels you can also hop on an Eurostar (marked ES).- However all the trains are mixed up in the timetable, itsn't available a website for only the intercity trains.

www.seat61.com is the most definitive train site I've ever come across. Select Italy from the country listing on the left and you're away.
