Uh Dude.
Find out how she likes it in bed. Most women like their men a bit aggressive with enough ego to not be wimpish.
Over eagerness is not an attractive quality and I can guarantee that it's a turn off for her.
Telling her flat out she's driving you crazy may work. If not than when you hang out together for awhile be really into the activity you guys are doing (bowling, the movie), it will drive her mental.

Stop thinking with your penis then maybe she can find out who you really are you never know she might actually like you and THEN, maybe, you can get it on? BUt not everything is about sex, if it is for you, then its not surprising she won't sleep with you.
