I am not a male, but I'd say the best thing you could do was laugh it off, and not act humiliated. I liked the answer to say "keep going" because then it shows you have a sense of humor about it.

It depends on when it happens.
If it happens early enough in life, it can be a truly
traumatic experience, perhaps causing sexual
deviancy (exposing yourself to others) or other
disfunction.
If it happens in your 80s, you're generally happy
for the attention.
